Tony Lancaster - C.E.O.

Tony Lancaster is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. His insurance experience spans over 35 years gained in the Caribbean and the United Kingdom, He has worked in the Turks and Caicos Islands for 11 years.

Prior to establishing The Insurance Centre he was Country Manager for the Turks and Caicos Islands of Fidelity Insurance Cayman, Ltd. and Vice President of United Reliance International, Ltd.

Before moving to the Turks and Caicos Islands he worked with international brokers Hogg Robinson correspondent in Jamaica, and Reed Stenhouse, Lowndes Lambert and Miller International Group in the U.K. He also established and operated his own London-based commercial insurance brokerage.

He is well versed on both local and international insurance practice. He has served as President and Vice President of the Turks and Caicos Insurance Association and continues to be an active member of the Association.

Kerry Lancaster - Director

Kerry brings with her over 20 years of experience from the UK, the world’s leading insurance centre. Her career started with Royal and Sun Alliance at their prestige West End office, where she worked as a personal lines underwriter dealing with high net worth individuals. Keen to expand her knowledge base she moved into the world of broking and eventually earned her position as manager of the UK Corporate Risks division for Miller Insurance Group in London. Her client base was varied and included medical research charities, gold mining companies, bio-tech start ups and international banks. One of her most interesting clients though was the Corporation of Lloyds, probably the worlds most well known insurer, who still needs someone to place their insurances for them!

With experience in handling most classes of insurance from household and motor, to complex commercial cases, liabilities and professional risks, she’s an asset to the team.

Rosemae Penn - Risk Consultant

Rosemae Penn was born in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She attended Fanshawe College in Ontario and The Insurance Institute of Canada in Toronto. She completed courses in General Insurance Essentials and is continuing her studies by correspondence towards becoming an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.

She has had eight years of insurance experience. Prior to joining The Insurance Centre she was employed as a Customer Service Representative with United Reliance International, Ltd. and Accordia Insurance Brokers. During her employment within the industry, she has gained a wide range of relevant knowledge with particular emphasis on Personal and Small Business requirements.
